Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter my credit card or banking details?
No. You do not need to add a credit card or banking details to accept OneCloud ICT as your Microsoft partner. You will continue to receive invoices directly from OneCloud ICT.
What happens after I accept the invitation?
Once accepted:
- OneCloud ICT becomes your authorized Microsoft CSP partner.
- We can provision and manage your Microsoft licenses.
- We can provide faster support and license management.
- Your existing Microsoft data, emails, and files remain unchanged.
Will this affect my Microsoft 365 email or files?
No. Accepting the partnership does not affect your emails, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or any existing Microsoft services.
Can I remove OneCloud ICT later?
Yes. You remain in full control of your Microsoft tenant and can end the reseller relationship at any time.
Who can accept the invitation?
Only a user with the Global Administrator role in your Microsoft 365 tenant can approve the Microsoft partnership.
